Cacao Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Serve of Amazonia Paleo Protein 
  • 1 tsp Raw Cacao Powder
  • Flesh and juice from one whole fresh young coconut 
  • A handful of ice cubes

Method:

Pop all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until well combined. Serve and enjoy!

Superfood Smoothie Bowl Recipe

A delicious, high protein breakfast bowl that will give you all the energy you need to get through the day! A quick and easy breakfast recipe for busy people who like to stay healthy and eat clean.

Ingredients:

  • 1 serve of Raw, Vegan Protein Powder (PRANA ON POWER PLANT PROTEIN or AMAZONIA RAW PROTEIN are two great options)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup nut milk or coconut milk
  • 1 serve of super red and/or greens (VITAL GREENS is great but anything from the AMAZONIA RAW SUPERFOOD range or PRANA ON SUPER GREENS or MULTIFORCE would also be a good option)
  • flaked almonds, goji berries and chia seeds to serve

Method:

Pop the protein powder, banana, berries, milk and super food powder in the blender. If you'd like it a little more icy and cold just add a handful of ice cubes to the mix. Blend on medium-high until all ingredients are well combined. Pour into a bowl and top with some flaked almonds, goji berries and chia seeds before eating. You can use any toppings you like here if you prefer something different. Add some fresh fruit or Coconut yogurt if you like! The possibilities are endless. Now before you rush out the door on your way to work, remember how quick it is to make this so you should still have 5 minutes to spare to sit and enjoy the delicious breakfast you just make :-)

Warm Chia Breakfast Pudding

I love raw food!!! But I've got to admit, on a chilly winter morning it's sometimes hard to get up and pop a bunch of raw fruit, veg, nuts and seeds in the blender. So this delicious recipe for warm chia pudding is using as much RAW food as we can, just with a little bit of warmed nut milk. And if you're careful when you heat the milk then you'll keep all the raw goodness of all the other ingredients in tact.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Morelife Chia Seeds
  • 1-1/2 cups milk of your choice - we recommend Macadamia or Coconut Milk
  • 1 serve of Amazonia Raw Paleo Protein Powder
  • A handful of raw cashews and flaked almonds
  • Some fresh fruit to serve
  • A nice big serve of Matcha Maiden Mix N Matcha Blend for a boost of Green Tea energy and antioxidants

Method:

In a protein shaker, combine the protein powder, chia seeds and milk. Give it a good shake and then pop it in a saucepan on the stove. Mix it constantly and check the temp. Once it is warm enough to enjoy remove it from the heat and pour it into a bowel to serve. Top it with some fresh fruit, some Matcha Maiden and your raw nuts. You're now ready to enjoy the low carb goodness of a healthy, high protein breakfast on a chilly winter morning. This is the real breakfast of champions! 

Protein Pancakes

Everyone loves pancakes!!! And these pancakes will love you!!! They are easy to digest, full of goodness, low carb and high protein.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Almond Meal

  • 1/3 Cup Big Tree Farms Coconut Sugar

  • 2 Free Range Eggs

  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder

  • 200mL Almond Milk

  • 20g Coconut Oil + extra for frying

  • 1/2 Tsp Bi-Carb

  • Coconut Oil for frying

Method:

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender for two minutes. Heat your fry pan on medium and add a small amount of Coconut Oil. Spoon the batter into pan and cook for approx 1-2 minutes depending before flipping to cook the other side for a further minute or two. Serve with some TRU RA Cacao Nibs and Coconut Nectar for a low GI and low sugar treat. 

Easy Two Egg Omlette

For those busy people who want a quick, easy and tasty breakfast that's cooked and ready to eat in under two minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Free Range Eggs
  • A small handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 tblsp Coconut Oil

Method:

Heat a frypan with the Coconut Oil on medium. Add the spinach. Crack the eggs over top of the spinach. Break the yolk and mix it all around in the pan until the yolk is spread evenly through the spinach and egg whites. Leave for about 30 secs then flip for another 30 secs. Serve and eat. It really is that quick and easy to have a healthy, nutritious, high protein breakfast. You can add any herbs, spices or salt you like while cooking or when serving for something a little different. 

Paleo Choc-Bannana Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1 medium bannana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tblsp TRU RA Cacao Powder
  • 150mL Almond Milk
  • 1-2 Free Range Eggs

Paleo Pancakes

This simple and easy Pancake recipe will knock your socks off!

Ingredients:

  • 1 x Paleo Hero Pancake Mix
  • 150mL Almond Milk
  • 2 Free Range Eggs
  • 1 Tblsp Coconut Oil

Method:

Whisk the eggs, milk and oil until foamy, then add the Pancake mix and stir until combined. Add a small amount of coconut oil to your pan, spoon in your desired amount of batter for 1-2 minutes. Flip and leave for a further minute. Serve with your favourite healthy toppings. We suggest some fresh banana or strawberries with Big Tree Farms Amber Coconut Nectar and TRU RA Sweet Cacao Nibs... YUM!!!

Coconut Breakfast Crepes

These Coconut flour crepes are a delicious and nutritious breakfast treat. Quick and easy to make and sure to please even the fussiest eaters.

Ingredients:

  • 6 Free Range Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Banaban Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Tblsp Nakula Coconut Cream
  • 1 Tsp Comvita Manuka Honey
  • 4 Tblsp Banaban Coconut Flour
  • Extra Coconut Oil for cooking

Method:

Wisk the Eggs, Coconut Oil, Vanilla Essence, Coconut Cream and Manuka Honey until the consistency is light and fluffy. Slowly add the Coconut Flour until well combined. 

In a pan on medium heat, add a small of Coconut Oil, then a thin layer of batter (3-4 Tblsp) and spread over base of pan by lifting and tilting the pan. Leave for approx 60 seconds to brown, flip, then repeat until the other side is browned also.

Add the toppings of your choice... We recommend some seasonal berries and Coconut Cream with a sprinkle of Cinnamon. Eat and Enjoy!

In a blender, puree the fresh pineapple and Coconut Water. Stir through the Aloe Vera Juice and drink.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Coconut Dream Coconut Milk
  • 20mL Lifestream Aloe Vera Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Papaya
  • 1/2 Tblsp Banaban Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tblsp LSA
  • 1 Tsp - 1 Tblsp Comvita Manuka Honey (optional to sweeten)

Method:

Pop all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. 

Nutty Quinoa Breakfast Porridge

This warming breakfast porridge is a healthy winter breakfast packed full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, protein and fibre.

Ingredients:

  • 100g Raw Quinoa
  • 2x 500mL batches of Water
  • 200mL Almond Milk 
  • 2 Tblsp Almond Meal
  • 1 Tblsp Chia Seeds
  • 2-3 Chopped Figs
  • 1 Mashed Bannana
  • Pinch of Cinnamon and Nutmeg

Method:

Soak the Quinoa in 500mL of water for 15 mins. Drain and place in a saucepan with the other 500mL of fresh water. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20mins until the grains start to split. Drain any excess water then add remaining ingredients. Stir through and once the milk has been fully absorbed simply serve and enjoy. 

Easy Chia Breakfast Pudding

Chia Seeds are naturally rich in Minerals, Antioxidants, Fibre, Protein and Omega 3. They help maintain cholesterol levels, blood pressure and digestion.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Australia’s Own Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Chia Co Chia Seeds
  • 1 Large Bannana Chopped
  • 1 Punnet Strawberries Chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp Planet Organic Cinnamon Powder

Method:

Simply combine Almond Milk with Chia Seeds and Cinnamon. Leave to set for 5 mins, add chopped fruit and ENJOY! 

Options:

Add a pinch of Vanilla Bean Powder or some Raw Honey or Nirvana Stevia Drops for extra flavour or sweetness. Use any Seasonal Fruit you desire.
