Chia Seeds are naturally rich in Minerals, Antioxidants, Fibre, Protein and Omega 3. They help maintain cholesterol levels, blood pressure and digestion.

Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Australia’s Own Almond Milk
- 1/2 Cup Chia Co Chia Seeds
- 1 Large Bannana Chopped
- 1 Punnet Strawberries Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Planet Organic Cinnamon Powder
Method:
Simply combine Almond Milk with Chia Seeds and Cinnamon. Leave to set for 5 mins, add chopped fruit and ENJOY!
Options:
Add a pinch of Vanilla Bean Powder or some Raw Honey or Nirvana Stevia Drops for extra flavour or sweetness. Use any Seasonal Fruit you desire.
