Superfood Smoothie Bowl Recipe

A delicious, high protein breakfast bowl that will give you all the energy you need to get through the day! A quick and easy breakfast recipe for busy people who like to stay healthy and eat clean.







  • 1 serve of Raw, Vegan Protein Powder (PRANA ON POWER PLANT PROTEIN or AMAZONIA RAW PROTEIN are two great options)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup nut milk or coconut milk
  • 1 serve of super red and/or greens (VITAL GREENS is great but anything from the AMAZONIA RAW SUPERFOOD range or PRANA ON SUPER GREENS or MULTIFORCE would also be a good option)
  • flaked almonds, goji berries and chia seeds to serve


Pop the protein powder, banana, berries, milk and super food powder in the blender. If you'd like it a little more icy and cold just add a handful of ice cubes to the mix. Blend on medium-high until all ingredients are well combined. Pour into a bowl and top with some flaked almonds, goji berries and chia seeds before eating. You can use any toppings you like here if you prefer something different. Add some fresh fruit or Coconut yogurt if you like! The possibilities are endless.
