INGREDIENTS: (for 2 serves)
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon (or as much as you desire)
- 300g Chicken Breast diced
- 8 Asparagus Spears cut in thirds
- Pinch of dried chilli flakes
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Stir Fry the chicken until browned and almost cooked through. Add the Asparagus, Lemon Juice and Spices and continue to stir through for another minute or two until the chicken is well cooked and the Asparagus is slightly softened. Simply serve and enjoy a delicious healthy meal!
