- 1 tblsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 tblsp Olive Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove (freshly minced or crushed)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Sea Salt and Pepper
Find an old jar with an air tight lid and place all ingredients in the jar. Secure the lid tightly so it won't leak and give it all a good shake. Then pour it over your favourite salad leaves and enjoy all the wonderful health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar every day.
