Kale-slaw

The perfect combination of Kale and Coleslaw vegetables with the addition of a few extra treats. It's fresh, nutritious, easy to eat and you can enjoy it with any dressing you like. 

Kaleslaw recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of fresh Kale
  • 1/2 cup shredded purple Cabbage
  • 1 grated Carrot
  • 1/2 fresh grated Beetroot
  • You're favourite dressing and/or some avocado to serve

Method:

It's just too simple... grate, chop or shred all ingredients as indicated above and mix them all together. You can serve it any way you like. Top it with some activated nuts/seeds, a bit of smashed avocado, your favourite salad dressing or a bit of fresh lime juice.
