Shipping and Returns Policy

This statement refers to orders made through this website, our shipping times and returns policy. Please note that online orders through this website are only available to Australian addresses. We kindly request that you do not place an order to be shipped anywhere outside Australia. In the event that you request an overseas delivery address, we have the right to refuse and refund the order, or to request additional payments to cover the shipping charge. 

Delivery Times

We post orders through Australia Post, regular postal service. It is estimated that your order will leave us by the next business day after the order has been placed, and can take up to 3-5 business days. This can be subject to delays during peak times or to remote areas. If you have any questions relating to delivery to your address, or regarding an order that you have already placed, please Contact Us.

Returns

Should you wish to exchange your product we may authorise this at our discretion. We are not required to provide a refund in the event that you change your mind, however we will always strive to help out our valued customers whenever possible. Returns or exchanges need to be requested either in person in-store, by email or through a contact form submission. You will need to cover any costs involved in the delivery of the new product and return of the old product, and this exchange would need to be completed within 7 days of the original purchase. This will not be available on sale items or short dated items as short dated items are reduced for clearance and you are purchasing these products with full disclosure of this. Please remember it is at our discretion when considering any exchange option for you.

Faulty Goods

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt and notify us within 7 working days of delivery if the goods are damaged or not what you believed you had ordered. We may request photos of the damaged product or products as well as the packaging that it arrived in. These photos can be sent via email to: govitarobina@gmail.com 

If you fail to do so you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods, in the condition that they have arrived in. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, we may request that the goods be returned by you to us. You will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the goods are in fact defective. We ask that you pack the item securely using the original packaging. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the on the package. Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

We regret that we cannot accept cancellations or returns for items that have been opened. For a product to be returned or exchanged, it is required to be delivered to us in an “as new” condition that is presentable for resale of the item. Please understand that we can not provide a replacement product or refund until we have received the original product back. 
 

Lost In Transit:

If you order has not arrived on time, we kindly ask that you contact us immediately so we can track the item. If and when it has been confirmed as being lost by Australia Post, we can then replace your order and resend it.
